What is your return & refund policy?
We are happy to offer you a full refund for any unused items within 7 days of receiving your order if you have a change of heart. However, after the 7 day mark, we will offer store credit up to the full amount of your purchase :) Please email support@michigannatureco.com to initiate or for more information and assistance.
My order arrived broken or damaged
We are so sorry your package did not arrive safely. Please send us an email at support@michigannatureco.com with your order number and what you ordered and we'll be happy to help you out!
My order never arrived
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn't work, email support@michigannatureco.com with your order number and any other relevant details.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the site?
Our website is SSL encrypted and certified. All credit card payments are processed with our payment processor Shopify, the best in the business! Additionally, we don't store any credit card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.
